    actually i forgot my microsoft account password now am not able to download anything, what am planning is to reset and login with new account, but by doing this i may lose my contacts plz help me thank u

    You can't extract your contacts but you can use an app like this - Contacts Backup -- Excel & Email Support | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (United States)

    I have no idea if these work for your situation but since you did a silly thing like forget your most important password it will hopefully do what you need.

    When you set up your new account be sure to set an alternative email so you can reset your password. Not doing so you'll end up like this again.

    That can only be done if you have an alternative email or phone number that you've supplied. If neither has been done then you're pretty much screwed.
