My lumia 820's system memory

My system memory is filling up my phone(5.8GB) as i saw on my storage sense. So i hard reset my phone hoping it will fix the problem, then i checked storage sense again and my system memory is now 2GB but when i'm done setting up my phone' apps again it raised to 2.60 GB. Im worried that it will fill my memory again... Anyone knows how to fix this?

Indeed and that is normal because if you setup your phone, important files are added to the system.
