Can't download Microsoft Health App can anyone help?

I have a lumia 920 with the developer preview. Yesterday I tried updating the Microsoft Health app but it would not update so I uninstalled it and tried reinstalling it. Since then I have been getting an 80073cf6 error. Does anyone know what this means and how to fix it? I have a Microsoft Band but now it can't be used with my phone...
