Will 4G Highest connection speed come back?

Yesterday i was updated my L1320.
Before update highest connection speed was 2G, 3G and 4G. Now it's showing only 2G and 3G. Will they bring back 4G ?
Also battery is draining quickly.

Looks like that Windows phones do not support the 4G bands which are used in India so Microsoft disabled it to save battery.

Not sure what you mean with fast battery drain but if this is already' a few days you may need to do a factory reset.
