Can't roll back to Windows 8.1

Hi everyone !
I have a problem. I want to roll back to Windows 8 but I accidentally deleted my Windows 8 files. When I try to roll back, I get an error message saying that I can't because the Windows files are missing. I kinda lost my Windows and I don't have it on CD. I want to roll back, what can I do ?? Help me pls !!
I'm using a HP x360.

You should be able to get the default download from your PC OEM website. Toshiba is great for this I hope HP is the same.

I had a similar problem with a Dell XPS desktop. The recovery disc from Dell and their support were useless. With access to another PC you can use the Microsoft ISO Recovery Tool.
