how do i remove write protect

I am trying to delete all photos from my 1020 via my pc. It keeps saying I have to remove write protect. How do I do this?

What I would suggest doing is uninstall the drivers for the 1020 and reconnect the phone in the unlocked state. Ensure your PC is connected the internet. It's possible the drivers are corrupt.

What I would do first is to restart the phone however and then try again.
