Find Recycle Bin

After upgrading to windows 10 my recycle bin has gone missing. I went to the hide show common desktop icons a checked show the recycle bin but it still isn't showing up. Any ideas how I can fix this?

Start button>Settings>Personalization>Themes>Desktop icon settings.

I found it it was still hidden after the upgrade I thought MS had put everything into the start menu.

The hid the recycling bin; I don't know why, now I have to pin it to the start menu
