My profile was deleted by mistake and now I can't run the access program, what should I do?

my profile was deleted by mistake and now can't run the access programme,

I have tried reloading access programme but won't work either. How do I got the access programme to work now I have set up a new profile? Do I need to re install anything?

How are you using Access? Is it a standalone install on your local machine? Machine details (briefly) along with OS version? What version of Office? Is it via a network?

Is there an Admin you can contact to restore your profile?

I ask because if it were standalone on a local you should likely be the Admin and no sign in needed...
