Trying to Get the Preview Builds and Get a Server Error

I have read some articles which were posted at April. Therefore, I think it is not really related.

Is there a solution?
I have reset my phone for this. Therefore, I am committed to upgrade to Windows 10.

The How-To guide posted here still applies on the steps needed to obtain the Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview.

Some of the other instructions, such as info about camera and files and such may be out of date, but the steps to obtain the OS or roll back to 8.1 are still the same as they were when the instructions were written.
