no audio on lumia 640 lte

I can't hear anything on my phone. I try to restart ( I give a hard restart too) but it's not working. I can't hear an incoming call and the one who's calling me don't hear me .And my volume bare it's not coming down. Please help me!

Is it just the phone call speaker or the loud one for music too that is not working?
