Should I buy a Lumia 930 instead of a Lumia 950/950 XL?

Hi--

to put it short, I am disappointed in the new devices so much that I am actively considering buying a 930. I love Nokia and don't want to leave Windows Phone behind. So what options do I have?

I reckon there will be new devices in 2016 anyway (950 updates or Surface Phone or new Nokias) but since I broke my 1520 I need a new phone soon.

I am able to buy the 950 XL for 500 Euros through a mobile plan, the 950 for a little less. The 930 would cost me 400 Euros.

I know what many of you think: Why would anyone buy a device that is a year old now, runs 8.1, no expandable storage etc. Well, I just love the device I guess. So should I go ahead?

Other than design, everything else is much superior on the 950. So unless you want a heavier and better designed 930 compared to the superior 950, I would go for the 950 or wait for the surface phone if it ever comes..

I want the 950. Pretty much the perfect phone for me hardware wise.
But I just bought a 930 last week.

A 950 would cost me $850 with tax, I got a used 930 in great shape for $250.
Going to wait for the Spring and hopefully get a 950 for a couple hundred less.

I'm a little apprehensive to spent $850 on a WP, just jumped ship from Android and want to make sure can handle it before I spend that kind of money.

I was in MS store today, just wanted to see 950/XL. I picked and put down 950 in seconds. XL looked better until I saw hardware buttons (vol?, power, camera). I looked there because it doesn't have double tap to wake the phone. Shiny and cheap looking buttons.

950 was white. XL was black -maybe the reason it looked better.

I've got a 930, and I love it, but I think that the 950 it's great. 950, without a doubt.

Also, it's important how much you care about Glance. If you care, you will miss it on the 930.
