I purchased one Nokia Lumia 930 in July 2015, and within 3 months the touchscreen stopped working. I have submitted my phone to Microsoft Service centre on 28th October and still today i have not got any reply on status of the repair. I really don't know when i will get my phone back in working condition. Microsoft Mobile devices customer care does not have any escalation point to raise grievances. The only thing they say is "Please be patient". This the last of my windows phone that i will ever use (if i get it back).
