Have to press power button three times to wake up phone

Hello!

I have the new Lumia 950. I turned on the option to enter PIN each time after waking up the phone.

When my phone is asleep (black screen showing time and date) for more then a couple of minutes I have to press the power button three times to wake it up:

1st time I press the button the screen goes to complete black
2nd time I press the button the black screen + time/date shows
3rd time I press the button I get the option to swipe the screen and enter my PIN

anyone else having this problem?

Hi,
I do have same sort of issue.

When I press power button to unlock the phone the screen wont responds. The display remains off. After pressing the power button twice the phone becomes active for unlocking.

This issue happens randomly. Like in a day I might encounter 5 to 10 times. And it depends on usage. Surely its not continuous ..

Can anyone guide me in this regard. Its the defect with device ?
