Cameras not working after update new build 107

In Lumia 540 dual sim after updating new window build 10586.107 front camera freeze and back camera gives error I done soft reset and also done hard reset but problem still same please help me.
I download third party camera app but its can run same error.

First try to download a third-party camera app from the store and check if the issue still persists.

Did you try a different camera app? if you have and it isn't working either; my next question is: did the camera work before you upgraded to 10?

If it did work before the upgrade, you might want to consider downgrading to 8.1 using the windows devices recovery tool.

By the way, this is not a Microsoft help page so they won't see any "requests" to fix your phone
