why do I have problem with my start screen on lumia 830

I have a big problem. How can I fix problen with start screen when upper part of display undulate when I swipe from start screen to application? Only upper part, no lower. That make me very angry. I will be very glad if someone help me about this problem. I have official build 10586.318
I tried with hard reset and no result. I have this problem from first update and acrros all builds.
