Why can't I redeem the free display dock in Singapore
This is Rawie from Microsoft Singapore and we got a customer who bought his device from the US. Customer is now back in Singapore and cannot see the promotion from the app. I understand that the app is mapped to the US network and would require a US issued simcard to avail the promo. The customer reached out to our support and was advised by the MS store team in the US to call us as he was using a non-US simcard. As we all know, we are unable to issue or trigger this promotion since the device was not purchased from us. At this point, by the phone purchased from your website, please join us in assisting the customer further of provide an alternate way for the customer to get hold of the device.
