Easiest and most useful program to use for managing photos on Windows 10?

I heard that Picasa is no longer being supported by Windows . While one can edit with Windows 10 Photo app, importing,exporting and organizing features are lacking or absent. What is an effective and EASY program to use that doesn't require a high skill ?

I'm not a fan of Photos App on Windows 10 either. I stripped it off my laptop: http://forums.windowscentral.com/wi...w-remove-uninstallable-apps-windows-10-a.html Ironically I love it on W10M, but on desktop not so much.

I organize by hand in folders. For viewing/basic edit I still greatly prefer Office Picture Manager '07 which can be had free out of this suite: https://forums.windowscentral.com/e...%2524%2524vb_wp%2524%2524%2524&token=2hIdR9x7 Run custom install and cherry pick only the items you want out of the suite (it also has some great Office extensions and tools bundled in).

Import/Export? I do that by hand as well... Not sure what criteria you want here. Import from where? Export to where?
