how to solve authorization problem

my normal messaging app is not showing notification, i went in the settings in notification but message notification is on. now a days its asking authorization required
"enter your credentials" pls help me because lot of things i am not able to get on time

in settings >privacy >background apps > make sure that messaging can run in the background
