Microsoft 2nd default phone app missing after upgrade

I recently purchased a Lumia 950xl dual sim, which had a second Microsoft default phone app. I've since upgraded to OS build 10.0.14939.5 and now the second phone app has gone.

I've attempted to reinstall the app, but no luck. I would prefer not to reset the phone, but can do as a last option. Thanks in advance.

Check the ... menu in the phone app and see if linked tiles is turned on. That option combines the two Sims in one tile.
