Hello people! i upgraded my windows 10 recently every time i connect my LAN net it shows a popup

In the previous version of windows 10 it used to open that site in chrome but not after upgrading it. It just ask and i cant seem to answer

use the default browser
always use this app to open 0.0.0.0 "

you can check the default apps in settings > system > default apps
