Lumina 640 3g or 4g problems

Having returned from abroad, my lumina 640 won't pick up 3g or 4g when I know it is available, checked all the normal stuff and it's set up to get 4g speed, but I'm wondering if the problem is related to coming back from abroad where the roaming failed?

Try getting a replacement card that is 4G enabled and try in a few locations too
