Windows 10 mobile app store stuck

When i am trying to dowload apps from store it Just starts and no progress for hours.it stucks at 0. Till now i could not download a single app from store. I am using microsoft lumia 550 with build 10.0.10586.29. Please give me a solution to solve this major problem.thank you all.

you need to update your phone first, you are very behind the new latest build. update the phone and check if ths issue is solved.

agreed - your OS version is quite behind. That means the apps and store cannot work effectively

Get good wifi, check for OS updates, finish installing the OS and check for OS updates again until it's done
Then go to store, check for app updates and update store first. After that update other apps and then try downloading other apps
