Skydrive/Onedrive Not found anywhere in the WP8 Store...

Hi,
I am using Windows Phone 8 (Not to update to 8.1). But there is no skydrive/Onedrive anywhere in the Phone. I have searched the store. I have tried changing regions and microsoft accounts. i have done a soft reset, i tried installing the app manually (with xap) (it says theres some problem with this company app contact person....etc)....i even tried a Software restore (with Win Phone Device Recovery tool)....NO SKYDRIVE...to be found anywhere. please help, This is Important.
Device is the Lumia 1320 running WP8... and i dont want to upgrade to 8.1....
Why is there no skydrive? and how can i get it???

It still shows at the store when I look using my ICON Win 10. GOOD LUCK!
