Whenever my system (running Windows 7 ultimate) is resuming from hibernation, I see one of two screens. One is a black screen with a white loading bar at the bottom. The other is the windows logo. Whenever I see the white bar, my system becomes a half screen system, and the right end of the screen is not used. On the other hand, whenever I see the screen with the windows logo, the system resumes normally and the screen is full.
I want to believe there are two resume programs running or something. How do I correct this flaw. I don't want to see the half screen, it is an eyesore.
