How to log on as Administrator on Windows 10.

A co worker of mine is having issues with her new Lenovo that was purchased for her for work. Her user profile is missing and the profile that it tries to get us to log on as is just named "PC". Her password and the administartor password do not work. What's odd is we cannot run CMD, or use Ctrl+Alt+Dlt. There is also no option to switch users. The only thing I can think of is to try all this in safe mode. I was just wondering if anyone else had similar problems like this?

I suggest you backup your files and then do a factory reset.

Did you fare any better with Safe Mode? Otherwise, as said, a factory reset may be the only way.
