What is the Problem ? Please Tell me

I upgraded my pc to creators update on April 6th through update assistant but after update I didn't find the edge book option... Also the store is the same as previous there is no category for books ,music and movies-tv....and there is no option for pause windows update in advance option.... Now my Windows version is
Windows 10 1703
OS Build 15063.138

Help Me Out Guys...Plz

It's possible that the book store is not available in India.
