Since I've had my 950 I've not used my old PC. Recently my daughter expressed an interest in it, so I set it up in her room. It had Win8 on it, and in trying to install Win10 off a disc I wiped the HDD, and then the installation failed because the DVD is scratched. Being continuum based myself I am trying to make a bootable USB thumb drive, with a fresh image on, but I cant find an app that can make the thumb drive bootable.
Does anybody know of a good Disc Management App that is UWP for continuum use, so I can do this?
