Blue screen Error after Windows 10 creator update

Dear Team,
We need some help on the blue screen issue after windows creator update. We are using Intel Core i7 processor and Microsoft Windows version 1703 (OS Build 15063.0) Windows 10 Pro.
It’s been updated with latest patch.
The system shows blue screen when we use any application for couple of minutes. It’s restarted and boot up once again.
Just for our conformation if we go back to restore point before windows creator update then we doesn’t have any issue. But it crash the moment we update.
We are not sure what might be the exact issue. Please let us know what info required to fix the issue.

The issue could be hardware or more likely a bad driver.
