Why i cant open settings after upgrading my phone (lumia 535) to windows 10

i have since upgraded my phone from windows 8.1 but i cant settings is not opening its indicating that i should download an app that can open settings. and also some of the apps that were on windows 8.1 just disappeared when i upgraded my phone like store , calculator etc

All system 10 apps have to finish downloading, takes a while.
