Why my osk has sticky numeric board. Win10

I have not used my on screen keyboard much but recently it has developed a probleem with some keys that keep flashing. I can not configure the osk any more. Any solutions to the probleem are welcome.

I don't suppose you tried disabling and re-enabling the on screen keyboard?

Also which device are you using?

A touch screen laptop or tablet?
