Testing webdesign on surface devices and windows phone

Okay,
Don't know where else to ask this but here.

So, i am a frontend-webdesigner and i use a Mac.
Is there anywhere i can test my designs on surfaces or windows phones?

Im having problem with the menu on the project https://legetoejsiden.dk/ - instead of asking here evertime i have an issue, i would like to be able to test it myself.

It's not best just to get a cheap windows phone? I guess it's not the hardware itself though but Microsoft Edge the issue no?

You can test in any laptop with edge (windows laptop).

I would either make a virtual machine or get a cheap, used Windows laptop to test on.

As for Windows Phone, I wouldn't really bother unless its explicitly required by the project you're working on or you find a ludicrous deal on a recent model.

Thank you all. I think i got it fixed
I have another problem on two websites which bugs me too, i cant seem to fixe. it is more general.

On mobile, these two, they have a horisontal scroll on smaller devices.
I have looked verywhere, wht do you think?

I just checked Syspeople.dk I do not get any scroll bar horizon (using huawei p10). But your top image does not center unless I keep my phone in horizon position.

I've tried using browserstack for edge testing, but if you look at this screenshot there is a world of difference.

I don't want to install windows on my machine, anywhere else to test.
