Windows Central Question

Most of the time I am having problems getting my Windows 10 phone to respond to my left hand fingers. This has been the case for some time. After a while i usually give up and use my right hand, even though I am left-handed. Is this by design? Am I missing a setting? Is the phone screen sensitive to some significant deficiency on the surface of my left hand fingers? Can anyone throw any light on this

My phone is a Microsoft Lumia 650 (OS 10.0.15254.158).

That seems weird. I have had no problems on any phone before whether typing/swiping with my left or right hand.
The only adjustments you can make for Left Hand use is the keyboard as far as I am aware. Go into settings language/region keyboards. At the bottom you will see a button to click for more advance settings and then you can control the keyboard for left or right hand use.
I don't think this will fix your issue though.
Cheers Adam
