Microsoft dual sim 950

Hey guys
My dual sim 950 , keeps going into a restart frenzy randomly or when I try to access any function like email , message what app etc. It's takes time before it breaks the cycle to get to home page.sometimes needs a soft reset i am on 15254.249.anybody has any thoughts

Sounds like you need a new battery. The Lumia 950 and 950 XL batteries degrade over time and eventually the phone just gets warm and restarts. It's unfortunate. If you're out of the US, i'd recommended getting one from Rounded - https://rounded.com/microsoft-lumia-950-lumia-950-dual-battery-bv-t5e-3000mah-0670775.html

If you're in the US, give Palcotech a call and order one or two - (256) 883-3434

You want to make sure you get an OEM battery, otherwise you could be asking for trouble.
