Microsoft dual sim 950

Hey guys
My dual sim 950 , keeps going into a restart frenzy randomly or when I try to access any function like email , message what app etc. It's takes time before it breaks the cycle to get to home page.sometimes needs a soft reset i am on 15254.249.anybody has any thoughts

Sounds like you need a new battery. The Lumia 950 and 950 XL batteries degrade over time and eventually the phone just gets warm and restarts. It's unfortunate.
