Weird Pop-up After Turning on Screen

I'm using an Android phone, but this is related to my Microsoft account. I've attached a picture showing what I'm seeing. It happens maybe once or twice a week. Any info would be appreciated.

I think I might have figured it out.
Need to test it when I get home.
I also might have exaggerated as to how often it happens.. If my hypothesis is correct, it really only happens once or twice a month.

Once or twice a month or so, I go into my account and delete some of the work data that Microsoft has collected from my work account. I think once these changes make their way across my devices, I get this notification telling me that my account has changed. Need to test though.
