Can't get to some devices on LAN

Just upgraded to Windows 11. I have many devices on LAN including 3 Raspberry Pi's (call them P1, P2, P3) and 3 PC's. On my Notebook(NB) PC - one of the three and just upgraded to Windows 11 - I can get to 2 of the Pi's but not the third. I can get to it from my other 2 PCs. On the NB the missing Pi (P3) doesn't appear in the "arp -a" results. Likewise a ping fails indicating the device is unreachable. My router GUI shows all devices fine. Early on P2 had the same problem - I couldn't see it or access it - but at some point it became available. Can someone tell me what I might do to get network access to P3?

Try in resetting your network if problem persists then uninstall the driver and restart your pc after restart windows automatically update driver if no then install it manually... Hoping that your problem will be solved...
