blu hd lte will just shut off

My phone does two things. Phone will shut off for no reason. Also when charging, battery icon showing charge will show a charge then a few minutes later the icon is empty, like there is no charge. Restart and the charge is there. Have tried a hard restart, did not solve. Had the phone for about year or two. Just started doing this.

There is a reset button. Have you tried it? Open the Back Panel of ur phone and locate the reset button (its placed between power and volume down button) pressing it for about 10 seconds should reset ur hardware info and that may solve the problem.

Used the "reset" button fix and it solved the issues I was having, listed below.

When charging, using the "blu" wall plug provided with the phone,
1. The phone would repeatedly cycle on and off.
2. The charge indicator on the top of the phone taskbar would show 10% or less after full charge until I
power cycled the phone.
3. After fully charging and the phone is on, when I woke up in the morning the phone was shut off(don't know if this
had anything to do with the charging but wanted to list all the issues.)
