Hello.

Im posting on this sub-forum because I have not seen one dedicated to this model, and as the specs are the same (save for the screen size and camera) I thought this would be appropriate.

Something is driving me nuts and I have not been able to get a straight answer trough searching, or better yet, all the answers I find are programming-related for developers.

Is there any way for the user to hide the top status bar at any given point? Some apps do this themselves, but others (and games) don't do this and we lose precious screen real state.

Hi Dale. Welcome to the board.

For whatever reason, those that have the power to build new forums and subforums decided not to give Jr equal billing on the LTE round. *shrug*

I really don't know of any way for the user to hide that top status bar manually. Sorry.

Thanks. Its a shame that even some of microsoft apps (PDF reader, for example) leave the space EMPTY without the icons, when we could use those pixels to read a little better.
