The Anniversary update has wrecked the BLU Win JR LTE X130e. The screen calibration has a problem as the device information in settings shows a resolution of 540X960 instead of the actual 480X854.

Please refer the below link that explains the issue. Has anyone else reported this? We need as many people as possible to provide feedback about this on the feedback hub so that it is resolved.

Hello,
same issue on my BLU WIN JR LTE after regular Update last night.
Only way back to get the phone working with Windows Device Recovery Tool and roll back to WP 8.1 (8.10.15137.148).

Comment: It?s unbelievible that this error was transfered into the Anniversary Update after it was fixed for Upgrading the BLU WIN JR LTE (130E) to WP10. Really not a good job from MS and BLU!
Is there nobody doing final tests at BLU before they give a go to MS for release this for this phone?

What about someone who had started the update bur paused it on 0% . Now is there any chance to revert that 0% to . Up to date status with having 10586.545

I think releasing the November update aka 1511 for jr lte was the sole purpose of Blu. Because they made promise to update it to 10 . And now they updated jr lte to win 10. They will not waste any time on this Crap

Did soft reset bt still showing the update. Maybe its just a time bomb which will explode soon or later

Soft reset or hard reset will not solve the issue. Like I said, refer the link below. They have updated the screen resolution incorrectly as 540X960 instead of 480X854. If you reset, you wont be able to get into the phone as you will be stuck at the setup screen and not even be able to receive calls. In the language selection screen the bottom buttons cannot be clicked.

In that case they should have blocked the Anniversary update by informing Microsoft. If they allowed the update through, then they are at fault as well. At least the phone was usable on build 10586.
