Nokia Lumia 625 SD-Card

Since I'm reaching the limit of my 32GB SD-Card on my Lumia 625, I'm thinking about buying a 64GB SD-Card. The problem is, a lot of my apps are on my SD-Card but when I connect my Lumia to my laptop, I don't find the apps on my SD-Card so I don't know how I can copy them onto my new SD-Card... Anyone can help?

It can not be done by a copy and past like you do with pictures. You have however several options.
1 move them to your internal memory place the new SD and move them back .

2 In settings under back up make a backup of apps and setting. Get your old card out. Put you new sf card in and do a hard reset and restore the backup.

3 music and pictures etc you can just copy from the old to the new.
