Dell Venue 8 Pro Coming Apart???

Has anyone else seen a Venue 8 Pro come apart like this?



Started noticing white/hot spots on the screen but then they started to expand vertically...the next day, I started to see the device come apart where the screen/glass meets the bezel. I also noticed how the back of the device was starting to bulge as well.

Dell agreed to take it back to review for possible replacement. This device was in pristine condition and never dropped. And didn't seem like it got very hot but it did run warmer when it was upgraded to Windows 10.

Is it the battery swelling? I have had phones do this and it was the battery. However, the batteries were old. Maybe yours is bad?

As Nighthawk said, it's probably the battery swelling. I have had this same behavior occur on other devices.
My Venue 8 Pro won't charge at all, so I haven't used it in 6 months. :-(

Sound reasonable...Dell did take it back and the status is UNDER REPAIR. This is my second Venue 8 Pro...my first one, in RED, died and never recovered and they didn't have another red to replace it with.
