Transfer Developer Preview/App Studio certificate to new phone?

I have an HTC 8X right now and have Preview for Developers installed so that I can get early updates, etc. I am getting a Nokia 1020 in a couple of days. Can I transfer my certificate to the new phone? How do I do this? I want Preview for Developers to work on it. The 8X will not longer be my phone and will be restored and registered under a new Microsoft account. The 1020 will be my only phone then.

Ofcourseit can be, simply plug your new phone to the computer, run Windows Phone Developer Registration and register your Lumia 1020 with your AppStudio account, with which you've registered your current 8X. I've done this with 3 other phones and there was no problems . And also, you will be able to install GDR3 Dev Preview without any problems, confirmed from my experiences.
