After installing Windows 10, when I go to Scan, it no longer shows my printer. Help!
I can still print. It defaults to a printer I've never had, but I can still bring up my Brother MFC-7420 printer. When I go into "Devices," it no longer shows my Brother printer so I can scan. Since I scan once a week (for work), this has only happened since loading Windows 10 over the weekend. Thanks, in advance.....
