Hey guys I've had the Groove Music pass for a long time but I have mostly used Spotify since I've been using it for years. I got fed up with the Spotify windows app so I decided to transfer everything over to Groove. I used Soundiiz.com to transfer my playlists. Everything seemed to have gone smoothly but now those tracks won't play on Groove. They're all greyed out and it says:
"This song is no longer available with Groove Music Pass at the request of the copyright holder. To play, purchase it from the store."
At first it seemed reasonable but it's every single one of hundreds of songs. No way! There'd be news about this. I'm messing something up. Anyone have any insight? I just want to listen to my playlists. Yes, I have confirmed that I AM subscribed to groove music pass. Thanks in advance if anyone can help me.
