Can somebody explain how sleep tracking works with the Band 2? How detects the Band if I'm sleeping deep or awake? Wich sensors are used?

    Hi cj-m,

We put the HR sensor into a special mode when the Sleep tile is started by the user. This is why sleep restoration is only available when you use the Sleep tile on the band.

Aside from that tidbit of info, I'm not one qualified to speak on how our sleep algorithms work, but I know that they use more than just motion!
