I have 8 bike rides since getting my band 2 with maintaining or improving heart rate, I do get the 1 and 2 min ending HR and I still get no VO2 max calculation. I've seen some older posts about this, but it's been a while, so I'm wondering if anyone has any insight on how to get Microsoft Health to calculate a VO2 max. I saw a blog by Microsoft about this indicating that a flat route might be important in calculating it, but given it's hard to find a sustained area with no hills, it would be nice to know how long one would need to be at a relatively constant speed for it to be able to calculate VO2 max. Anyone have any luck figuring this out?
