MS health cannot retrieve my data

Does anybody has same problem now: neither Android app nor online page can retrieve the data for steps and calories. The rest is shown. When trying to open calories and steps on web I get message:

tried Chrome and Firefox. Started yesterday....

On android apop, something similar is shown...

Working fine for me on Android - but I noticed you called it "MS Health". The app is called "MS Band" now. Did you update? Maybe that's the issue.

No, I am using old version in order to be able to count steps with phone (newer app's do not work with phone step counting any more)...
It might be this with phone app as you suggest, but why the web app (via normal computer) does not get the data...?

Sounds like something got messed up with your data. I'd start looking for a support contact.
