will my lumia 535 get the update 2(GDR)

i have seen a video on you tube showing the features of update 2 on lumia 535 like double tap on navigation bar locks the phone and a new settings look. i couldn't find any update though. i purchased in India. can anyone help how i can get the update over my 535

Got it on my L535.

You can install the Technical Preview App and enable it for your phone. Immediately, you should be prompted to download an update which is "Update 2". After your phone restarts, remove the Technical Preview app so that you won't go any further into installing Windows 10.

Edit: Note, however, that this process may be tricky as other users were automatically prompted to download Windows 10. You could try, but the risk is there. The safest option, still, is to wait for the official release.

Wrong model I know but quite similar query -
So does this work for all models or limited to only a few, cause when I tried it on my L520, it goes straight to 10 from 8.1.1

There was a problem with the L520 before, not sure if that had something to do with that. But on an L535 I used to own, I was able to upgrade first to Update 2 without being prompted to go to Windows 10.
