lumia 950xl issue

hi gays
i have lumia 950xl sense about 11 month
today i was watching a video the the volume went up with out i push the button
i tried to restart the phone to get out of the problem
but the boot it should be Microsoft logo then windows 10 logo
in my case when i tried to restart the device Microsoft logo showed up but instead of windows logo this was the thing that appear to me
i tried to charge the phone for 1 hour
i tried to do hard reset
i took the battery out and put it back again
its just stuck like that

please i need help people
i'm sorry for my bad English i'm a beginner

That is the flash mode which is accessed by holding the volume up button while booting. Based on what you said it sounds like a stuck button or possibly a hardware failure with the button. Try taking the case off and see if the volume up button is stuck (it's just a small metal plate on the side of the phone that lines up with the button of the case). See if something is stuck in the button of the case. You can also try booting the phone without the case on (can press the little plate where the power button from the case lines up at with your fingernail or something) and see if you get the same screen.

If you are still getting the screen for flash mode I would try to get it sent in for repair.

FYI I use "case" above to mean the actual plastic backing of the phone. If you have a protective case as well that could also be a problem if it is pushing the button so try removing it and booting again.

Yes I tried booting the device with out the case
And i checked the volum button and it's not stuck
Before the problem minutes there was a liitle drops of water around the buttons area
I guss thats that's the problem reason
The repair service in my country is sh**
I'm going to repair it myself depending on YouTube lessons

Ah! Yep, water might cause that. You could also try dropping it into a container of rice and wait 2-3 days without touching it and see if that helps pull the moisture out.
