There were spam messages sent from my hotmail account. MS jumped on it pretty quick. My question is, should I wipe my Lumia 920?

Enable two factor authentication...
Create/Generate an app password for you phone...

Is there a way to tell if there was traffic to my sky drive account from this as well?

How do I do the double authentication? Online in my Outlook.com account?
