Requested a replacement

Two days back, opened my Duo in the morning to see flashing green lines at the bottom of the main screen (with the buttons and the fingerprint scanner). Gave turning off the phone for an hour or so a try, but it started to deteriorate. Very quickly it was the whole screen with flashing green lines all over. Gave in and initiated an exchange yesterday. My replacement had been shipped today. Thanks for the prompt support, MS. Will keep you posted.

I purchased the MS Protection program too when I got the Duo. Covers everything for 2 years. MS ship's a replacement device immediately and then I return the original device back. If it's my fault that the original device went bad, I pay $199.otherwise my replacement is free
